OutletPark Szczecin is the biggest and the only outlet center in our region. In the third quarter of 2018, it has faced a big challenge. It required new communication in social media that needed to be fresh, attractive and unified. The center consists of over 120 premises and various brands that needed marketing services and online presence. As always, SO FINE Agency rose to the challenge! Our plan was put into motion fast.

Brainstorming, numerous ideas and concepts turned into a concrete action strategy in a short period of time. We became responsible for Facebook and Instagram profiles of Outlet Park. There was one, obvious goal. Everybody had to be presented from their best side. This is why we visit Outlet Park each week and stand on the other side of the camera taking pictures and making videos. We are responsible for the script, shooting, and montage - full service indeed! Of course, since it is an outlet center we follow the trends and news offers that we also include in the newsletter that we make specially for Outlet Park’s clients.

Reach, engagement, impressions… and columns were growing like crazy! We succeeded in communicating with people who already have been clients but also managed to reach the new ones. And it is only the beginning, but we are already proud of marking the presence of the biggest outlet center in social media.

Mud, competition, and adrenaline. All of the above next to the shopping center? When we manage the promotion of the place you can expect the unexpected! Emotions were running high. Not only among the participants of the race but also in our team!

We prepared a name and character of the event and also thought of the motto and graphic designs. We also created a landing page in order to register the people who were taking part in the race. Organization was also on the long list of our tasks! Promotion of the event was supported with a contest on Facebook - ‘come up with a headline!’. During those few months while working on this project a lot happened because a lot of people wanted to get dirty!

Three editions of events, almost 500 participants, that we cheered for! Many emotions and unforgettable memories. Because that’s SO FINE does it!
