ERH is a brand of remarkable projects of modern, smart and energy-efficient houses. Our projects, which evoke wonder and envy of neighbours, can be seen in Poland and abroad – mainly in Sweden. It is in this country that our brand wanted to carry out a big promotional campaign in order to increase sales in the new housing estate of Sannakajen in the city of Kristinehamn. The Swedish market differs substantially from the Polish market. Another obstacle was the language.
In collaboration with the partner agency WLY in Sweden, we created a campaign which combined online and offline elements. We prepared adverts for the web site as well as visuals and messages for the AdWords and Facebook Ads campaign. We also designed and produced folders, posters and newspaper adverts which neatly corresponded with the simple, elegant and pro-ecological image of our brand. The conclusion of our effort was the organisation of the Open Days event in Sannakajen where visitors could experience great attractions.
Owing to the close collaboration with our Swedish friends from the partner agency WLY, we managed to include in our campaign the cultural context and we also created texts which were not only linguistically correct, but also interesting for our audience. During the event, the new ERH project site was visited by a large group of people and, even more importantly, some of them bought their new house there.
