Online Driving License is the biggest e-learning platform for learning the driving license. In 2014 the brand’s fan page had only 2000 fans. Having in mind the potential of social media, E-driver decided to leave the brand’s communication to professionals. He chose SO FINE and he couldn’t have chosen better.
The first step was to analyse the market, the competitors and a very specific group of receivers. Afterwards we convinced our customer to introduce changes: the profile’s name, the visual identification and the means of communication. Then we went in search for new customers by creating an interesting content, activating the users and implementing tens of creative ideas.
During 2 and a half years, we built an active and a loyal community of nearly 35 000 people on the Online Driving License channel. Besides running the social media, we were also implementing online campaigns that significantly influenced the e-course and tests sales and the recognition of the brand.
