Design and implementation of a mobile sales application for Keune Haircosmetics Polska, a professional hairdressing cosmetics brand, which has been providing the highest quality products to hair stylists all over the world for nearly 100 years.
According to the agreed specification, the application had to include integration with a warehouse program, thanks to which stock updates are made in real time. Another objective was to provide customers with the ability to make quick online payments and control the delivery process through integration with the carrier's IT system.
Additionally, during the configuration process, the application creates a user profile based on a simple selection form, thus selecting the most suitable products to match the user's needs and preferences.

After analyzing the assumptions with the client, we developed a structure for data transfer between the application and external IT systems of three different companies.
We implemented an administration panel allowing for centralized sales management and obtaining important indicators concerning the purchase process. We created this tool based on the latest trends and technologies, including React. js.
A dedicated content management system allows the system to operate smoothly and distribute information between the warehouse, shipping department and salons, which have gained a new sales channel and an opportunity to increase profits from the sale of KEUNE cosmetics.

Effective sales support and brand image enhancement. Thanks to its hybrid design, the mobile application is available on the App Store and Google Play platforms.
We currently count app downloads in the thousands. Jott provided a modern image and sales support tool for the cooperating salons. Customers and fans of the KEUNE brand have additional opportunities to order and learn about the brand's newest products, and the distributor itself has gained additional important information on product sales.
